Finance Manager

Rosemount Lifelong Learning is recruiting for a part time Finance Manager. Working as part of the leadership team, the finance manager will be required to provide day to day financial management of the organisation, support the development of funding application budgets and monitoring reports, maintain organisational budgets and providing regular reports to the Board of Directors. A keen understanding of regulatory requirements including OSCR is required along with experience of leading the annual audit process.

Young Parent Coordinator

Rosemount Lifelong Learning – City Wide Project based in North East Glasgow

Salary: £22,971 per annum 28 hours per week

Do you want to work in a project that is led by young parents?

Rosemount Lifelong Learning are looking for a highly capable team member to work with us to support the development of our Young Parent project. The Coordinator will support young parents to take ownership of the project and assist them with the design and delivery of workshops. It is essential that the post holder has a good understanding of the issues affecting Young Parents who might be excluded or marginalised and demonstrates sensitivity and responsiveness to people’s emotional wellbeing.

The Coordinator will also provide support advice & guidance to young parents who want to progress into employment, education, or training.

You will be qualified to SVQ Level 4 in a related discipline or be able to demonstrate experience of working with individuals to identify and address barriers to progression.  

You will be required to be a confident, highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual with the ability to manage caseloads and work independently. You will also need to be an excellent communicator and be able to liaise with a wide range of individuals, employers and agencies.

A current driving licence would be advantageous, and you should be proficient in Microsoft office packages.
